Last Saturday, me and my mum went to see the Netball super league final. We are both fans of the sport and my brother and dad were away so we decided to go. We woke up at 8 to leave the house at 9 for a 10:01 train. WE arrived with plenty of time so we bought a hot chocolate from the cafe inside the station. After an one and a half hour train journey we arrived at London Paddington. From there, we took the Hammersmith and City tube line east to Liverpool Street then the Central line to Stratford.

Some of you may know that I went to Spain last week so like I did when I went camping for a weekend I have decided to show them to you. I went for just more than a week but for the first few days I didn't take any photos because my camera battery wouldn't charge.

The first two pictures is from when we went to an American diner style ice cream parlor called Ice Cream & Dreams. There were loads of little touches in the shop and one of them was a sound booth thing so I took a photo. 

The rest of the photos are from when me and my family went on a walk. As you can see there is a load of flower pictures as there are a lot of flowers blossoming at the moment. My favourite photo is of the heart shaped leaf on top of the other one. What is your favourite?

So today I'm doing a collab with Emsirose! As it summer we have decided to do a What's in my bag. I'm going to do a Whats in my hand luggage and she's doing Whats in my holiday makeup bag. Lets get started!

 I'm not actually going on a plane this year but this is what I would take if I was going on a short 2-4 hour flight. Some of the stuff I'm going to include may might you think "Why has she included that?" but I like to think that if i loose my main suitcase, I will have everything I need in my hand luggage. 


First of all, I would definitely take a comfortable bag to carry. For me personally, I would definitely take a rucksack and not a handbag because rucksacks are more comfortable and easier to carry. The rucksack I would take is the bag I use for school as i really like it and it is just the right size for carrying all my stuff.

I would definitely take my phone, my camera, my in-ear headphones and my chargers with me on a flight. I wouldn't be able to contact people on my phone but I could listen to music. With my camera i could capture any funny moments or beautiful views. Taking my chargers is kinda a no brainer! I wouldn't be able to recharge my phone or my camera if I didn't bring them. 
On short flights, you don't have the option to watch films and they can get quite boring. This is why I suggest bringing books or notepads. This why you can catch up on any assignments or books. The book I'm reading at the moment is John Green's An Abundance of Katherines. 
Lastly, I would take "handbag stuff". For me, this is my purse, sunglasses, lip balm, hand sanitizer and obviously, if you are going on a plane you will most likely need your passport. Please remember to follow airplane guidelines and only take your limited amount of liquid.

So today I'm doing a collab with Megan from Books and Beauty. Her blog is really nice so go check it out and her Instagram feed is amazing. And guess what? She also has a youtube channel! I will link everything below. We are both writing about tips for travelling so go check her post out!

1. Always be prepared. For me it is always better to be prepared. This way you will always know that you have brought everything that you need and tickets/hotels are booked and tickets are ready.  Use Google Maps to get a brief understanding of how long everything will take and to make sure you are not late for your flight. 

2. Pack lightly. Do you want to be lugging a massive suitcase and handluggage bag through the airport? To prevent this, always pack exactly what you need and try not to pack too much. Personally, I always make a list of things, then go through it and question all the items. I repeat this until I feel like I have exactly what I need. Another way to prevent this is to find a bag that is the right size. A bag too big can lead to overpacking!

3. Book events in advance. Sometimes queues for tourist places can be superduper long so it always worth checking online to see if you can buy fast lane tickets. Howerver, before wasting your money, read reviews on TripAdvisor etc. to see whether it is worth it. 

4. Take yummy food and drinks with you. If you are going on a roadtrip take lots of yummy snacks for you to eat. (I'm planning to do a summer recipes post so watch this space!) Trust me, you do not want to be sat in a boiling hot car starving hungry. I've had that experience and it is not pleasant.  

5. Try to relax and enjoy yourself. Nobody wants to spend time with somebody who is complaining. Even if you are in a really bad situation try to relax because you will find it easier to think of a solution that way. Holidays are all about relaxing after all.

Last night I went to see 5 Seconds of Summer on their Rock Out With Your Socks Out tour and it was the best night ever, they were so good! The atmosphere was so good and everyone was singing along. The boys looked so happy. In Amnesia and Beside You everyone turned their phone lights on and were waving it around and it was so emotional. This post is just going to be information about it like the setlist and prices for merch.

What I wore:
I wore my purple 5sos logo tshirt and my acid wash jeans from primark. I also borrowed my brothers flannel and tied it around my waist. My shoes were pale green converses. I didn't wear any big pieces of jewellery only my two friendship bracelets and my 5sos wristband after I bought it. 

Merch!!
 I bought a tour top (£25), a tour poster (£5) and a wristband (£5). 
The only other prices I can remember was that tour hoodies were £50 and tour programmes were £15.
