So this year I also bought a mini Christmas tree which is in my room. I decorated it with the theme of silver and purple and it looks really nice. All the decorations and the tree itself were from tesco and it cost less than £10 all together and I am so happy with it.

I really enjoyed writing this post and taking the photos so let me know if you want more of this kinda stuff

As it is a Tuesday I am collabing with Caitlin from HelloCaitlinx and we are talking about the things we love about Christmas because it is three days away! Sometimes I find it really hard to come up with a whole list of things I liked so I picked my favourites.

I woke up this morning and I was so thankful that I didn't have to get ready for school. I had a nice lie in then got up and wore my leggings and a jumper and then went shopping for a bit and it was really relaxed. This leads me on nicely to the post today!

Christmas songs have been playing on the radio for agess, but I have only started listening to them now. This also includes some of my favourite songs at the moment, this is my Christmas song playlist!

So me ( aka WI - white-interiors)and my internet best friend thought of doing a different kind of collab. And as christmas is coming closer and closer * 10 DAYS WOO!! We decided to give each other gifts but with a twist.

We are sending real presents in the post, but an extra one to share with each other online. I write about her on here and she does the same on mine and nice and jolly thoughts.

So we started talking on August 1st this summer, I was on holiday and she was at home, I had really bad wifi as I was camping but that didn't stop us. Ever since that day I don't think we have had a morning, afternoon or evening without talking.

L is the most amazing, caring and nicest person I now, and I trust her with anything and everything. To be honest I like her better than my real friends, we laugh, cry and blog together but most of all I can proudly call her my internet best friend.

We have 3 chats on instagram, one with our blog, * WI *Blossom of Hope , one with our personals and one about our future flat. Although we have never met and we live 3 and a half hours away from eachother we don't let each other down.

For christmas I asked to meet her, and hopefully we will, and L I can't thank you enough for being beside me well online anyway and I love you lots.

This week is favourite week! I want to celebrate and acknowledge my favourite things and as I absolutely love quotes, why not do them first? My instagram feed is full of them. I have loads on my camera roll. I just love how they make you think a little deeper and how they can describe your feelings so well. However, they normally just stay in my phone gallery and then I delete them so instead i thought I would share them with you guys. There's a Christmas one thrown in as well!

I will honour Christmas in my heart, and try to keep it all the year.

A rose can never be a sunflower, and a sunflower can never be a rose. All flowers are beautiful in there own way and that's like people too

Life is like a camera, just focus on what is important, capture the good times, develop from the negatives, and if things don't work out take another shot.

No one can make you feel inferior without your consent

Stars can't shine without darkness

She turned her can'ts into cans and her dreams into plans.

Whats your favourite quote?

**disclaimer:not my photo but I did add the banner**

I absolutly love photo frames. They add such a personal touch to a room and are so customisable! For a Christmas present though, instead of having photos in them you could put other things...
Personal Map Frame - link
I got this idea from the book Life with a Sprinkle of Glitter(which I did a review on). All you need is one of the multi window frames and maps of special places. You cut them the size of your windows and put them in the frame! This would be perfect for a best friend or partner, you could include a map of places you've visited, where you met.. the list goes on!
Collage Frame
I've actually done this in my own room. I want to travel when  I'm older so I got travel magazines and cut out pictures that were the same colour. I traced round the insert of the frame(you know the one that says the sizes and stuff?) and made a collage of the pictures. of course you don't have to do travelling you could animals, room decor, bands...

Those were my ideas for using photo frames with presents. To me it shows how much effort you have put into it and its so personal. If you recreate any of these don't forget to send them to me, I hoped you enjoyed DIY week!

About this time in December, my family put the Christmas tree up and get all the decorations out and make the house more festive. Every year, me and my brother pick two new decorations for the tree but as I am becoming more creative I wanted to make my own, here is what I came up with!

Hellooo! Today is a collab with Emsirose who I have actually collabed with quite a lot of times! This year she is doing collabmas so go have a look at her posts! We are both doing DIY gift ideas and I am doing Sharpie mugs. This DIY is so easy and you can make it really unique for so cheap as well.

All you need is a plain white mug and an oil based Sharpie if you want it to stay on for ages. Draw whatever you want on your design and let it dry overnight. the next morning, bake the mug in the oven for 30minutes at 350°F or 180°C. That's it! You could write quotes on cute drawings or even make it something personal
