10 Things You Need To Tell Yourself | Collab with The Average gurl

Today I am collabing with Najida from The Average Gurl in a two part collab! On her blog, which you can read here, she is doing things you tell yourself that aren't true and I am doing things you should be telling yourself. So many people hate themselves and hate who they are and it really shouldn't be this way. Our aim with these posts is to cheer you up and realise that you are an amazing person. 

I think a really cute idea would be to write these things or similar on post it notes and stick them somewhere you look at everyday, like a mirror, as a daily reminder in case you forget as these things are so important to remember.

1. No one defines you

2. You determine your self worth

3. You are unique and that's a good things

4. You are imperfect but perfectly yourself

5. It is okay to now know what you want

6. Self love and acceptance takes time and that is okay

7. You do not owe anyone anything

8. You have control over your life

9. You have things to share in the world

10. You are worthy
