16 Memories of 2016 + Reader survey

17:00

I can't believe today is the last day of 2016. In this post I am just going to recap my year so I can move into 2017. I have loved doing my monthly recaps so if you want to read more in depth of the months you can here . I will definitely be continuing this series next year.

In January, I decided to make a 2016 memory jar and a memory book, which I wrote a post on here. I continued with the jar until now but I stopped with the book in March because I found it so time consuming.  I am so glad I decided to keep my jar going because I looked through it a couple of days ago and it made my day. I loved looking through all the memories and I have decided to share my favourite ones with you.  They aren't in any particular order, just chronological, so let's go!
29th January - Shopping with friends
15th April - 5sos Concert
7th May - Went to the netball finals in London
17th May - One year of Blossom of Hope
28th May -Louise (Sprinkle of Glitter) liked my tweet
3rd June - #ttatb chat
17th June - My birthday
25th July - Saw dolphins and porpoises
14th August - 24th August - Spain
27th August - Went to a  village show with friends (and had a photo shoot)
23rd September - mop fair
10th October - The Through Our Eyes blog
15th October - Frankie&Bennies with family
25th October - 15,000 page views
5th November - Bonfire Night
10th December - Photoshoot with my best friend

I started off this year with 2800 pageviews, and ended with over 17000. In 12 months, my pageviews multiplied by 8! I am so overwhelmed and so so grateful to every single person who has followed me, read my blog or commented. Your support means more to me than you will ever know and I can't wait to see how I grow in 2017. I am really interested in getting your feedback so I would really appreciate it if you filled in the survey below!

  1. I love the idea of a memory jar, it's so creative! I have been doing something similar with a big box since I was in kindergarten and it is always fun to take it out and reminiscence.
