Secret Santa Gift Ideas | Day 2

I always find that secret santa's can be really hard to buy for, especially if you don't know the person that well. On top of that, there is usually a budget which can make it quite hard to buy something. I would definitely recommend doing these ideas if you are doing a secret santa because I think most people would like these. 
Last year I did a post on how to create a customised mug but this year I am going to develop this. If you want to read more in depth of how to create the design click here, but simply all you need is a mug and a oil based sharpie. If you are looking for designs, you could stick a letter sticker on and draw around it or write a quote or do it like the picture! 
The gift idea is to fill a clear bag with a hot chocolate mix and put marshmallows. You could also put the dry ingredients for a mug cake in the mug. Attach a cute label with what you need to add and tie a cute bow and you are ready! I feel like this idea is quite easy and cheap because you most likely have the ingredients at home.

The last idea is homemade sugar scrubs. I think this would be really good as part of a spa gift set that included nail polish etc. There are so many recipes online that you can find but the one I found that I like is a vanilla lavender sugar scrub. All you need is one cup of white or brown sugar, a 1/4 of a cup of olive oil, 1tsp of pure vanilla extract and 5 drops of lavender essential oil. You could put it in a little pot and tie a ribbon around it.

    These ideas are great! I use a sugar scrub for my lips because winter makes them so chapped. Also can we talk about how cute those mugs are!?
