Self harm is a big issue in today's society. A lot of people are becoming upset and angry at themselves so they take it out on themselves by harming themselves. This happens for a number or reasons, people can dislike their body, personality get bullied etc. I have selfharmed and I still do but I think you might be happy to know that I haven't in 2 months. I'm not telling you this for attention, just so you understand a bit more about this. 

When I was going through a really bad phase, my friends really helped me. I told them and they would encourage me to keep going and all the things that made me happy. It made me realise that I wasn't on my own and that people still cared. 

So please, if there are any days where you feel awful and want to harm yourself, talk to someone, whether it is your friends, girlfriend/boyfriend, brothers/sisters, parents, whoever you trust.If you want you can talk to me about it on my instagram or twitter(look in the sidebar or my contact page). Listen to your favourite music, watch a tv show or youtube, have a bath, do anything that makes you happy.

If you know someone who selfharms, take the time to talk to them and encourage them to stop because it does help.
