15 Ways to treat yourself | Day 8

Friday was my last day of school before the christmas holidays and it was very eagerly awaited! School was getting very hectic so I am glad now that I have 2 weeks off with not much to do. One of the main things I want to do is to pamper and look after myself both physically and mentally so I thought I would share with you some ideas on how to do that.
1. Have a bath
2. Spend a whole day away from the internet
3. Go for a walk
4. Talk to your friends about something personal
5. Bake some amazing food - check out some recipes here
6. Spend a whole day watching christmas films
7. Have a christmas song dance session - my favourites are here!
8. Call a friend you haven't seen in a while
9. Write your friend a letter - I find them a lot more meaningful than a text
10. Change your bed sheets
11.Eat some fruit
12. Create a reading nook in your bedroom
13. Make a mood/goals board for 2017
14. Take care of your skin
15. Walk to the top of a hill to see the sunset
