Hello, today is a very exciting post as I am working with CocoMelody! They sell really pretty designer wedding dresses and I was having a look the other day and I found these absolute beauties that I thought I would share with you. 
The first one that caught my fancy was this dress. I love the lace around the neck and shoulders and the front detailing. I feel like this is perfect for spring time as it is short. It can come in white, ivory or any colour of your choice and I think that this would look really nice in a pastel colour. You can see more of their short wedding dresses there.

I also liked this one as I liked that it was strapless, and that there was a strap thing that has flower details. I think that because it is so simple, this would work really well, with a flower headband. I think that you could definitely wear this as a prom dress instead of wedding dress, especially if you changed the colour. 

The last one that I have decided to share with you is a completely different fit to the others, as it doesn't go out just under the chest. Also, it is kinda hard to see in the picture, but it has a slanty shoulder thing which has a floral design there which I love. It matches the other details of the dress and brings it all together.

If you aren't having a wedding anytime soon, they also sell special occasion dresses which could be used for prom. They also have a load of offers on at the moment!

One of my new year resolutions was to accept myself but now that we are 5 months into the year, I have started looking back to my resolutions and thinking that maybe I chose the wrong ones.

I have had a little battle with these thoughts, I always thought that accepting meant acknowledging and moving on in a "yep okay nothing to see" kinda way. But doesn't that mean if I accept myself I can't change who I am? There are parts of me that I don't like (eg. my nose) that I can't really change. However there are things I don't but I can change, like my hair. However is that accepting me for "who I am"? Overall I want to be happy with myself whether that is through acceptance or change.

There are many steps to happiness I have found out. For the bits you don't like and can't change: accept them, they make you, you! I'm not going  to use the quote "everyone has flaws" because we don't. Everyone is unique and that makes each individual who they are. For the bits you don't like but can change; change them! There is nothing wrong with changing you to be who you want to be and of course you are being the real you. Not being the same Laura as I was born doesn't make me fake for my part, Iv'e been trying to love myself more and be happier. Even though I am not at the same stage I am to be: I'm getting there.

Last Monday I was tagged by the lovely Holly from Holly5901 for the Starlight Blogger Award so thankyou! First, I am going to answer the questions that Holly gave me. 

1. How do you find blog post ideas?
I come up with them in my head! Sometimes I look online or at other blogs to get inspiration but most of the time I think of them myself and develop them. If there is a time where I have loads of ideas, I write them in the Notes section on my phone for when I have bloggers block 

2. What advice would you give to new bloggers?
Keep going! It can be quite discouraging if you think no one is reading your blog. However, most bloggers have gone through that. Also, make your blog your own. Look up tutorials and design however you want, this blog should resemble you! I also did a whole series on this here.

3. What is your favourite thing about blogging?
My favourite thing about blogging is probably the creativity side of it, which includes all the writing, photography and the designing of it. I absolutely love this as I am quite creative but not arty, so I express it through this.
